Sailors use strong third quarter to get past R-P

Reeths-Puffer made it a game and stayed with the Sailors until the third period when Shores (6-4, 4-0) went on a 16-4 run to remain undefeated in OK Black action with the 54-42 win.

Shores had a balanced attack with just about every team member scoring. Senior Sydney Tharp led the way with 12 points and four steals, senior Brigid Kiley added 10 points and six rebounds, sophomore Jasmyn Walker chipped in nine points and 11 rebounds and senior Jenna DeVoursney rounded out the attack with six points and four steals.

Juniors Meredith Smith and Corrine DeWitt each grabbed seven rebounds.
